Purely Polish v 0.2.3

Hello friends, fans, and hapless bystanders!

Today's update is, as the title implies, purely about polish.  I finally took some time to implement *most of my plans for audio and graphical touches.  I'll let you discover what they are, but know that this is just the beginning.
